Lisa is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF-PCC) and is currently working towards Master Certified Coach (ICF-MCC). The ICF is known as the gold standard in coaching due to it’s rigorous standards for coach education, ethics, and professional practice. The ICF defines coaching as: ‘partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.’
